The main economic activity of the farming enterprise “DUB-RAVA” is raising of highly productive purebred Carpathian female bees. The female bees of “Rakhivskyi” breed are represented by thoroughbred mother bees located at the main farming station.

Our farming enterprise ‘DUB-RAVA’ also deals with production and sales of the bee products. It is known that honey is the unique product that at all times took the rightful place in people’s homes. Various books were written about the qualities of honey and other bee products, but many people do not have much information on the issue. For this reason we decided to tell more on this site about the activity of our bee farm and about products that we produce not only for sales but also for medical use.
The mild and temperate climate and valuable biological characteristics of local bees give more opportunities for the development of one of the most perspective methods of bee farming – packaged beekeeping.
It is pleasant to say that the farms of our enterprise were one of the first ventures that in the old 1970s fulfilled the shipments of bee products without honeycomb packages to Siberia. Later at the premises of our bee farms we conducted work aimed at the development assessment of different varieties of Carpathian bees. As a result, we proved that it was possible to create two or three honeycomb-free packages from one bee family in the period from May 15 to June 20. To nourish the bees in honeycomb-free packages we introduced the employment of the foodstuff ‘candy’ instead of the syrup can.
Farming enterprise ‘DUB-RAVA’ specializes in production and sales of honeycomb and honeycomb-free bee packages to the consumers on all territory of Ukraine and abroad. The veterinarian examinations are carried out every year for the evaluation of veterinary-sanitary and epizootological safety.
We are ready for the close, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation with amateur bee farmers and also with juridical persons of different forms of property. We issue the accompanying documentation if necessary and we also provide export and import services.
